Yesterday I decided I’d participate in an annual tradition: I jumped over to the Home School Blog Awards and I filled out the (very lengthy!) form to nominate some of my favorite blogs and bloggers. Have you made any nominations yet? This job is not for the faint of heart. I don’t think I could even BEGIN to choose if I had to judge them! It was hard enough narrowing down who to nominate for what!! I mean really, are you eclectic, or do you have the best variety blog? Huh?
OK Amber at Classic Housewife clarified that one for me but still, how to choose where to put folks?
I did not fill in choices for every category. I simply don’t read THAT MANY blogs. I also discovered that while I have my favorite blogs that fit those categories, not all of them are HOMESCHOOL blogs or by homeschool moms! (Such a bummer, because I know some awesome ones!!) The point here is that I DID nominate a whole slew of awesome bloggers. So have you nominated anyone yet? Have your bookmarks in a separate tab, and head on over to the Home School Blog Awards! And if you wanted to nominate me for something, I wouldn’t mind. 
And on a side note, some excitement’s been happening at We Are THAT Family. Someone (who, who, who?) got the first screenshot of her 1 MILLIONTH visit on the hit counter! Might be Amber, she got one, but we heard there are 12 people all together who sent in screenshots. Who will the lucky winner of the prize pack be? She’s been Tweeting about it the past few days. I can’t wait to find out!

Oh, the suspense!!
I just made myself a HUGE to do list – the house is falling down around me, if you know whatta mean. So I’m going to go work on the remaining FIFTEEN items on my list and maybe, just maybe, the next time I get back online we’ll know who got it. =D
Maybe if I get them all done I’ll reward myself by sitting down for a while and trying to nominate a few blogs myself. =)
